I’m not here to teach leadership—I’m here to transform it. With nearly three decades of experience, a $35M sales track record, a popular TEDx talk, a best-selling book, and 15 years in the esteemed President’s Club at FranklinCovey, I’ve worked with high-achieving leaders at the top of their game. And I’ve seen firsthand how success alone doesn’t bring fulfillment—especially when it’s built on hustle, pressure, and external validation.

Today, as the founder of The Badass Women’s Council and CEO of WEthrive, I help women lead with authenticity, connection, and soul. My approach blends business strategy, neuroscience, and timeless truth to help women not just perform—but transform. Because when women rise with clarity and confidence, they change the game for everyone.

Rooted in faith and fueled by purpose, I believe our greatest impact comes when we lead from the inside out—with God’s guidance, a clear mind, and a whole heart.
